Many brands in a single trilingual portal
When corporate groups knock on our door, we are usually faced with a very extensive requirements profile. This gives us the opportunity to once again demonstrate our many years of expertise, our services and our customer proximity. Our experience shows: this triad is necessary to develop complex systems with a perfect fit and is now also available for AMAG Import AG. After numerous planning meetings and an intensive development phase, the MMS is now ready for the automotive specialist. It enables regionally customised and CI/CD-compliant advertising for the Volkswagen, VW Commercial Vehicles, Audi, Škoda, SEAT and CUPRA brands. Naturally – as befits a Swiss client – in German, French and Italian.
Serving automotive trade topics
AMAG Import AG is part of the AMAG Group and the Swiss general importer of the Volkswagen Group brands Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA and VW Commercial Vehicles, consisting of AMAG-owned and brand partner companies. Our task was therefore to develop a centralised system for all own locations and on top for all independent dealers as well as for the partners of the company’s own workshop chain stop+go. A total of around 500 regional companies now have access to the AMAG marketing platform, which covers the areas of aftersales, fleet and used vehicles in addition to new vehicles.
Always thinking one step ahead
We started with the modules printed matter, online advert, poster booking, media asset management and shop. By the way, these modules can also be used to create internal AMAG advertising material. Always thinking one step ahead, that suits AMAG as well as us. That is why we have already realised the next module after the first milestones were reached: Marketing planning is now also possible via the MMS.
Foundation stone for long-term cooperation
The go-live of our customised system is by no means the end of our work for AMAG, as our 24/7 support for users starts at the same time. And our Customer Success Managers remain in close contact with the Swiss importer in order to adapt the MMS to user behaviour, changed corporate strategies and legislation or current developments in the media landscape as required. With the first go-live, we are also laying the foundations for a long-term collaboration. If that’s not a reason to celebrate!
